At Eagle River Whisky we do just one thing. We hand craft Scotch-Style Malt Whisky. One small batch at a time.
We are a family-run business, nestled on the banks of the Eagle River in the mountain town of Minturn, Colorado, just outside of Vail. We have one goal, to make a great American Single Malt Whisky in classic Scottish style, with 100% malted barley.
Our passion for our whisky and for our mountain community runs deep. All of our whiskies are hand-selected, hand-blended, pot-stilled with Colorado alpine snow melt. Crafted for exceptional taste, they are as unique as the mountain towns for which they are named.
OUR WHISKIES
In traditional Scottish-style, our whiskies are named after our local town and landmarks from the place we call home, and each whisky tells its own story. Our unique flavors come from the traditional recipe of 100% barley, water and oak.

Our Tasting Room is available for reservation, for a more private experience, or on days we are not open to the public. Make a reservation after a day on the river, it’s a perfect way to end-cap your outdoor adventures.
